Refund Policy

At Karaveera, every product is made with the utmost attention to detail.
However, if something isn't quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • If you wish to return a product, kindly notify us within 5 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and with original tags intact.
  • Customized or made-to-order pieces are crafted exclusively for you and are therefore non-returnable.
  • Simply email us at returns@support@karaveera.com to initiate the process.

Refunds:

  • Once the returned piece passes our quality check, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original mode of payment or as store credit, based on your preference.

Sale Items:

  • Items purchased during Sale promotions or Clearance events are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damage Reporting:

  • In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the package so we can assist you promptly.
